She is the point of contact from start to finish and works with me every step of the way- I did not need to get involved with any of the contractors (painters, window treatment installation etc.) as Janet oversees all of their work and makes sure it meets my expectations. My most recent home update included painting the entire unit, selecting new dining room chairs and upholstery, and updating and selecting fabric for my living room window treatments. She has a great eye for color and detail and always makes me aware of the “big picture”- she doesn’t just focus on one room at a time but rather lays out a complete vision for the apartment and how to make it a reality. She is extremely organized and the entire process was seamless.
